Escape from the Thirty Years' War

Have you ever wanted to travel through time without having to get your hands on a DeLorean or call the Doctor? Well, Mario didn’t have much of a choice. A brilliant scientist from the Large Hadron Collider, a slightly miscalibrated time portal, and poof: he finds himself smack in the middle of the Thirty Years' War. And no, this isn’t an episode of Dark. Your goal? Help Mario get back to the present, but it won’t be easy. You’ll need to make crucial decisions based on real historical events (so hopefully, you didn’t sleep through history class). One wrong choice, and you might end up hanged or, worse, trapped forever in the 17th century. The questions you ask will shape Mario’s fate: are you ready to save the day, or will you become just another forgotten name in the history books? Jump through time, survive the battles, and decipher the events... or die trying! But don’t worry, there are plenty of epic ways to fail!
